My Pregnancy yoga classes are nurturing and meet you exactley where you are in your pregnancy journey. The classes guide you through your prepgnancy and prepare you for birth with different poses and breathing techniques. The classes give you the space to connect with yourself and your baby through soft and gentle movement, breathing and resting.
Classes usually consist of a check-in, breathing, movement, rest and relaxation. There are always different options for all the poses so you can choose what fits you and your body best.
I offer group classes and 1:1 yoga classes for those who need a little personlized support for instance to support your body after pregnancy loss.
