Mama Baby Yoga

A lot of changes are happening physically and emotionally in your body during pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. I'm here to support you through this journey individually and in group classes.

My postnatal yoga classes on Nesodden are nurturing and meet you exactly where you are in your postpartum journey. The classes help you to guide your postpartum journey with movement, breath, rest and circle sharings with other mamas. The classes give you space to connect with yourself and your baby.

You are welcome as you are - Coming late, changing diapers, breastfeeding, rocking babies to sleep, everything is allowed. No previous yoga experience is needed, just come as you are.

 

The classes are in English.
